    Fraley had 23 points and 13 rebounds and got lots of help from teammates TyShwan Edmondson (22 points), Josh Terry (16) and Melvin Baker (12).

    Up 40-37 at halftime, the Governors (9-14, 6-4) scored the first eight points of the second half.
